Returns & Refund Policy

If you find any issues with your flower delivery from Flowergist, it is crucial that you reach out to us IMMEDIATELY upon opening your packages. You can contact us by sending an email to info@flowergist.com.

Please note that all complaints must be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time you receive the product. To proceed with your claim, we will ask for digital photographs and the return of all products for quality inspection purposes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your claim or issue a refund unless these requirements are met.

Kindly be aware that we do not guarantee exact color matches. Flowers are a natural product, and their color can fluctuate between seasons. The proper care and handling of flowers is the responsibility of the customer. Flowergist cannot be held accountable for products mishandled by clients. Detailed care instructions for the flowers are available on each product page and Flower Care Page. However, it is the customer’s duty to be informed about flower care. Please refer to our detailed Guarantee Page for more information on what is covered under our guarantee.

Should you wish to cancel your flower order entirely, you must do so a minimum of five business days prior to your first scheduled delivery date. We are unable to accept cancellations within seven business days of a scheduled delivery date. Many of our products are imported and are usually prepared for their journey several days before the delivery date. Once dispatched, it is not possible to make changes. If you need to cancel your Flowergist order, please send an email to info@flowergist.com with the subject line CANCEL or use the Contact Page and choose the cancel order option. Please include your order number, name, and address in the email body. A confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation of your order will be sent to you within 48 hours.

Please be aware that cancellations will incur a fee of 25% of the total order amount. This is due to credit card fees, transaction costs, and the time spent processing the cancellation. Flowergist will refund the amount you paid minus the 25% cancellation processing fee.
