Once you find the flower of choice, click the drop-down button to choose the amount. To checkout simply click the shopping cart in the top right and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Our delivery policy ensures that your flowers are delivered fresh and on time. We offer many delivery options, depending on your location and the time of your order. Please ensure to check as the delivery timelines may vary, but we strive to deliver your flowers within a specified window, typically between 9 am and 6 pm. 

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track the progress of your delivery and get real-time updates on the status of your flowers.

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. We prioritize the security of your payment information and ensure that all transactions are processed securely.

We have a customer-friendly exchange policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to address any concerns and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement. 

We don’t provide refunds.

In the unlikely event that your flowers arrive in damaged condition, please take photos of the damaged bouquet and contact our customer support immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a refund or replacement.

We understand that plans may change. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the stage of preparation and delivery process.

We offer bulk flower purchases for events, weddings, or any special occasion. 

To check if same-day delivery is available in your area, enter your zip code during the ordering process. If same-day delivery is not available, next-day delivery will be offered.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location and the size of your order. During the checkout process, the system will calculate the delivery fee based on your input. We strive to keep our fees competitive while ensuring reliable and efficient delivery services.

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we offer the option to request a preferred delivery date during the ordering process. Our team will make every effort to deliver your flowers on or as close as possible to your requested date.

At the moment, we primarily focus on domestic deliveries. However, please reach out to our customer support team to discuss any international delivery requests you may have. We will do our best to accommodate your needs or suggest suitable alternatives.
